Modular steam gas boiler rooms

Heat is produced in gas-fired steam boilers by producing saturated or superheated steam. As a rule, such boiler houses are industrial, in which steam is used for production or production-heating needs.

Such a boiler house can be made in a block-modular or stationary version.

Such boiler rooms are oriented to work in automatic mode and have the following characteristics:

Productivity - up to 100 tons of steam/hour;

The steam temperature is up to 320°.

The technological system of a steam boiler house consists of one or more steam plants. In addition, it additionally includes at least two modules, such as a chemical water treatment system and a system for ensuring the operation of boiler equipment:

- fuel supply;

- supply of chemically treated water;

- distribution of compressed air;

- steam distribution;

- air-exhaust ventilation;

- condensate collection.

The steam boiler room system includes a control panel and electrical equipment.

If necessary, the block-modular steam boiler house can be dismantled and reinstalled in a new place. Full automation of such a boiler room ensures its constant reliable operation and allows to reduce costs for service personnel by almost 100%.
