The coolant comes from the heat network (HP) through ball valve No., is cleaned from mechanical impurities (not retained by the sump of the HW input unit) with a mesh filter No. 9 and is fed to the differential pressure regulator No. 2. The type of regulator depends on the pressure values (in the supply and return pipelines of the vehicle) and the flow rate of the coolant. This regulator ensures efficient operation of the #3 control valve. Further, the coolant flows through the limit washer and temperature regulator valve No. 3, actuated by an electric drive by means of an electronic regulator installed in control panel No. 6 on a signal from outdoor temperature sensors No. 4 (weather control according to the temperature schedule) and coolant temperature sensors No. 5. Passing through the channels of the plate heat exchanger No. 14, the heating medium of the primary circuit transfers heat to the heat medium of the secondary circuit through thin sheets, ensuring hydraulic independence from TC. The circulation of the coolant in the system is provided by the circulation pump group, consisting of the working and standby pumps No. 8. To ensure the absence of vibrations and noise in the pipelines of the system, flexible connectors No. 12 are used. The "dry run" sensor No. 13 turns off the pumping group when the pressure in front of it drops below 5 meters of water column. Safety valve No. 7 protects the system from exceeding the design pressure of the coolant. A bypass valve No. 11 can be installed in the BTP, which protects the working pressure of the coolant in the heating system from exceeding the operating pressure and allows it to pass through a small circuit. According to current regulations, heating systems should use speed control of circulation pump motors, which can be implemented by installing a frequency converter in control panel No. 6 or by using pumps with a built-in frequency converter. When using frequency regulation, the installation of a bypass valve is not required.

When using an independent heating/ventilation scheme, the HP must additionally include an expansion tank and a block heating point (BHP) for make-up (described below).

Independent connection to the TS should be used in cases where heating and heat supply systems are incompatible with each other due to the pressure difference in the pipelines of the primary and secondary circuits. For example, a building that is too high is connected to a low-pressure heating network or the pressure in the return pipeline of the vehicle exceeds the operating pressure set for heating appliances. According to the current regulations, all heating systems of buildings above 12 floors must be connected to the TS according to an independent scheme.

When using this BHP "DAN" in the project, the designer must draw a dotted line around its boundaries in the general circuit diagram of the HP. Then, in the equipment specification, indicate the name and marking of the unit in one position. The working documentation required for inclusion in the project will be provided by our specialists after processing the data of the questionnaire filled out by the designer.

Technical parameters of BHP for heating/ventilation with independent connection to the vehicle

BHP marking

TO(V) - BHP of the heating (ventilation) system with a single-stage heat exchanger

08 - Heat exchanger size

c - Type of pumps - vertical

g - Type of pumps - horizontal

50 - Maximum heat load, kW

* - Technical information available upon request

The weight of the BTP is given without taking into account the weight of water and the package of heat exchanger plates.

The technical characteristics of the BHP are given taking into account the presence of an automation shield.

Upon request, it is possible to automate several BHPs using one switchboard, or automation in a common switchboard of a heating substation.

We reserve the right to make changes to the design of the BHP that do not affect the technical characteristics of the product.

Our specialists carry out an individual calculation of BHP and its cost with initial parameters different from those indicated in the table.
