BHP with a variety of single-stage parallel circuits for connecting a hot water supply system to a heat pump through a choice of plate heat exchanger "DAN"

  • Product Code: БТП с использованием одноступенчатой параллельной схемы
  • Availability: In Stock

At the moment, there is no direct requirement in the regulatory documents in force, according to which the selection of the scheme for connecting hot water systems to the heat network is carried out. Historically, single-stage water heating is usually used if the ratio of the maximum thermal power of the hot water system to the thermal power of the heating system is less than 0.2 or more than 1. In other cases, a two-stage mixed scheme is used.

The heating medium comes from the heating network and passes through the ball valve No. 1, it is cleaned of mechanical impurities (not retained by the mud of the fuel injection unit) by the mesh filter No. 2. Next, the coolant passes through the limit washer and the temperature control valve No. 3, which is actuated by an electric drive based on a signal from the temperature sensor No. 4 installed on the hot water supply pipeline (SP), or by a mechanical drive of the direct-action regulator. If necessary, a pressure drop regulator can be installed before valve #3. Passing through the channels of the plate heat exchanger No. 5, the heating medium of the primary circuit transfers heat through the thin plates to the water of the domestic hot water system, ensuring its rapid heating to the required temperature with any changes in the consumption volume. The hot water temperature is controlled by the temperature controller. The circulation of heated water in the domestic hot water system is ensured by the circulating pump group, which consists of working and reserve pumps No. 6. The control board automatically turns on/off the pump group based on the signal of temperature sensor No. 10 located on the DHW circulation pipeline (T4). Water consumption in this pipeline is fixed by water meter No. 7.

BHP marking

TG - BHP of the hot water supply system

08 - Standard size of the heat exchanger

1st - Number of stages of the heat exchanger

1x - Number of strokes of the heat exchanger

c - Type of pumps - vertical

d - Type of pumps - horizontal

50 - Maximum heat load, kW

* - Technical information is available upon request

The weight of BTP is given without taking into account the weight of water and the heat exchanger plate package.

Technical characteristics of BHP are given in view of the presence of an automation shield.

Upon request, it is possible to automate several BHPs with the help of one panel or automation in the general panel of the thermal point.

We reserve the right to make changes to the BHP design that do not affect the technical characteristics of the product.

Our specialists carry out an individual calculation of BHP and its cost based on initial parameters other than those specified in the table.
