AC-CSA-HE active condensate removal station from the steam-air heater for drying seeds

APPOINTMENT:

Automatic removal of condensate from a steam-air heater is used to protect the heater from freezing.

WORKING PARAMETERS:

•Condensate productivity - from 0.5 t/h;

• Maximum working pressure – 10.0 bar;

• The maximum working temperature is 185 °C.

BENEFITS:

• Protection of the steam-air heater from icing in the off-season;

• There is no loss of secondary steam, unlike stations with electric pumps;

• Pumping of superheated condensate;

• There is no need for electricity, as the pumps are mechanical and operate due to steam or air supplied to the drying complex;
